We’re back this month with another webinar on ‘Managing Performance in a Hybrid Environment’. The webinar will take place on Tuesday 24th August 2021 at 11am and will be hosted by Cobalt HR’s Kerry Chown, Boris Savov and Paige Yandle. The webinar will run in partnership with Cardiff and Vale college who will tell you all about their range of fully funded courses available to you and your employees.

This months webinar focuses on helping you to better manage the performance of employee’s working in a hybrid environment.
The Coronavirus pandemic forced many organisations to rapidly adopt a hybrid mode of working, including those who had never considered remote working as an option for their employees before. As a result of this, many employers were left unsure how to measure the performance of their employees in an environment where they could no longer see how they are working. Our webinar will provide you with tips on how to effectively do this.
As restrictions in the UK begin to ease and life starts to return to normal, many employers will welcome their employees back into the office. Our webinar will help you with this.
